Context : Our Dan-e Rewat school
functions today with 500 pupils.
We are financing its annual functioning
expenses (teachers and staff salaries,
uniforms and schools equipment of
the pupils) thus until year 2010.
After that, the Afghan government
will ensure the functioning expenses
of the school.
The Deh Rawak school is now finished,
equiped and inaugurated since end
of 2009. We are providing the uniforms
and school equipment for 2010, to
the first 150 pupils. After the
Afghan government will take on the
functioning expenses of this school
too.
The youngest children, living in
the villages located on the high
parts of the Panjshir valley, do
not have access to school. In order
to prepare them for their first
year in school, we will build nursery
schools (of 4 levels). The board
of education has taken the engagement
of supporting the functioning expenses
of this school.
